Hi there! I’ve been on an HR journey for over two decades – yes, that long! After graduating with a degree in psychology, I dove into the world of human resources. I began my career in recruitment agencies serving various clients, then progressed through HR teams, and ultimately became an HR Director. Over the years, I’ve accumulated experience across a range of industries, from banking and manufacturing to information technology. I've had the privilege of working with major companies such as Bank Pekao, PKO BP, Medicover, Ericsson, and Ciech S.A. I specialize in coaching and developing managerial talent. I’m passionate about helping managers unlock their full potential and lead their teams effectively.
My greatest strength lies in my extensive experience in crafting and implementing HR strategies that support company growth and help realize business aspirations. Most recently, I served as Head of People & Culture at Acaisoft, where I collaborated with exceptional people and introduced innovative human resources solutions.
Today, I run my own business, offering HR services, training, and consulting. My approach is all about building enduring relationships with clients and creating tailored strategies to meet their unique needs. I look forward to collaborating with you – with a smile!
